Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods does BOXLY support?
Card payments through Stripe (with a saved card for automatic renewal) and bank transfer; in Slovakia and Czechia also card payments through GoPay. SEPA direct debit is planned but not available yet.
Is there an English user interface?
Yes. The admin, the booking website, customer pages, e-mails and invoices can be switched to English, next to the local language of your market.
Does BOXLY issue the invoices itself?
Yes, as PDFs with consecutive numbers (in Slovakia you can also connect SuperFaktúra). Tax questions about rent and invoices are for your own tax adviser.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all the data of your business at any time.
