How much does BOXLY cost?
A fixed monthly price depending on the size of your business, with no commission on your customers' payments and no surcharge per unit. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page. The first 14 days are free.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
For card payments, yes. You connect your Stripe account and the money goes straight to you. Without it, customers can pay by bank transfer with a QR code on the invoice.
Do I need an invoicing program?
No. BOXLY issues invoices and credit notes itself: consecutively numbered, as a PDF with a payment QR code, with your VAT number and the service period.
Is BOXLY available in English?
Yes. The admin, your booking website, customer pages, e-mails and invoices are available in English and German. Each business chooses which languages it offers.
How fast can I get started?
The assistant guides you step by step and always shows what is still missing. Have the sizes and number of units, the prices and your terms ready.
Where is my data?
On servers in the European Union (Germany). Each business sees only its own data.
What if I reach the limit of my plan?
The limits are fixed. When you reach one you see a clear message and move to a higher plan with one click. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the admin. It runs to the end of the paid period and your data stays.
